Husband has left for his trip. So, it's dinner for one. Since Friday is take-out night, I have to make a decision.

I don't hate Mexican. I just don't see what the big freaking deal is. I mean, it's beans, people. BEANS.
My Lord!! Addy, Solace, and I should just get together for dinner because Homey leaves for his camping trip tonight.
I work in Mexico and I love various different regional styles of Mexican food, but I really don't like most of what you get in the US. And I'm not being snobby; I really don't like cheese all that much. Only on pizza, and then not as much as people put on here. Isn't that weird. So I'm with Brazen on going--meh! on Mexican most of the time.
But if you're talking Oaxacan, then I'm in!
