Get thee to the Ann Taylor Loft. They have this top for $9.99! I have one in coral and just bought one in white. It's very cute and comfy. You may want to wear a cami underneath though.
Also JC Penny's has ribbed tanks for $4.99!!! That is an amazing price. Even if you get one season out of them, it's so worth the money.
