A very nice young couple looked at the house last night. They were ready to bid on another house when they stopped by to see ours. Now, they are coming back today to take a second look. Husband and I got a chance to talk to them. The couple reminded us of when we were just starting out and looking for our first home.
We have two other people stopping over this evening to look at the house.
Wow!!!! I can't believe how much action is going on. It is non-stop.
At the same time, I am exhausted. Husband is exhausted. We have worked ourselves stupid trying to get everything ready. Husband was up at 6 AM yesterday planting grass. I have been cleaning, packing and organizing like a mad woman.
I skipped the gym last night. I just don't have the energy. I don't want to risk an RA flare right now. So, I am going take a break from the gym. I will take the Boy for walks, especially when people come to look at the house. The house is spotless, so I will only have to do light cleaning before any of the showings. I can hold off on packing for a while...
Instead, I am going to rest, rest, rest and get a pedi. Take care of the business of caring for me.
