Within five hours of putting the sign on the front lawn, we have two people coming to see the house today.
Wow. Husband and I are excited. The Bob is excited too.
Husband worked until dark moving top soil from the driveway to the back yard. There is a low spot that becomes a pond whenever there is a heavy rain. Husband was up at 6 AM planting grass and doing other outside jobs.
Crazy, I know, but it had to be done.
The inside of the house is clean and uncluttered. This morning, I will dust, Swiffer the kitchen floor and finish the laundry before the Boy and I have to vacate the premises. J was kind enough to give me a key to her house, so I will take the Boy the play with the Girl. If the weather is really nice, I will take the Boy for a walk. I'd take both pups, but I still have the wrist brace.
We'll see how the day goes.

About Me
- Seeking Solace
- I am a college professor who is fumbling through the chaos of academia, rheumatoid arthritis, working on my PhD and just being a 40 something woman. I used to be a lawyer, which made me a snarky little person. I have a wonderful Husband and a German Shepherd named Junior. They help keep me sane.
