I spent yesterday comparing the editions of my Employment Law texts to see how I can teach this course using both editions. No one has answered my question as to which book to use. So, I am just going to revamp my course tracking calendar and list assignments for both books.
It just chaps my ass that I have to go through all this hassle. Not a good way to start the week.

About Me
- Seeking Solace
- I am a college professor who is fumbling through the chaos of academia, rheumatoid arthritis, working on my PhD and just being a 40 something woman. I used to be a lawyer, which made me a snarky little person. I have a wonderful Husband and a German Shepherd named Junior. They help keep me sane.

You really ought to be able to select one edition or the other and the bookstore should fill that one (and refund anyone who got the other edition). Anything else, and the textbook ceases to be a useful part of the course. You can not effectively give assignments to different students out of different texts.
I like the phrase "chaps my ass." I think people should use it more often.
