I am going to stay at my job...for now.
I have a lot to say about the situation, but I am still very sick. I have a nasty sinus infection. My sinuses are packed full of gunk. I have nausea and I haven't eaten much in three days. I got some good meds from the doctor today.
I will be back soon.

At least you have made a decision which is usually a resolution in and of itself and thus a relief. Hopefully, you will feel better soon. :)
