Today has been a rather frustrating day. One Lake Effect Snow Central bank with outsources it's customer service, has some very incompetent individuals working for them. It should not take 40 minutes, mostly spent on hold, to complete an address change.
Also, people who work for municipal entities should not give someone attitude when trying to discontinue service. Just because there are two less taxpayers paying for your lippo* does not mean you have the right to be an ass clown.
Oh, and did I mention that is has been cold, rainy and humid for the past week? Nothing like walking around in a cold sweat.
OK, I just had to get that off my chest.
