The Bob.
We decided on the Bob because we were just impressed at his background, experience and plan for the sale. Also, we just felt like we had an instant rapport with him. He is easy going, knows the business and our neighborhood and we really believe he will do right by us. And, the Boy really liked him.
So, I spent the morning drafting letters to the other candidates, thanking them for their time, suggestions and comment. I just couldn't ignore the others or blow them off, especially seeing at they took the time to meet with us and do all the prep work. Don't worry, it was like the class of FU letters I've received lately. It was respectful without being condescending.
The next step will be to sit down with The Bob and put together a formal action plan. We are looking at the second week of May to put the "For Sale" sign on the lawn. In the meantime, we are getting estimates to put in a new front stoop, as the current one is in bad shape. After that, I think we are good to go.

And the wrist is doing much better. The brace has helped. Thanks for all the get well comments and words of support.

Boy, you've really had more than your share of physical difficulties to deal with of late. I'm so glad to hear that you're on the mend.
Good luck with the house! Hope the realtor gets you a great deal.
Congrats on making the decision. I hope for a speedy sell with a great price.
Ditto on what Psych Post Doc said. :) Good luck!
