I found another promising opportunity. This time it is a administrative law judge position with a federal agency located in our target area. They are going to hire two people.
I finished my cover letter and will send it out tomorrow.

I recently told a former student that there are many things a person can do with a JD that are not just working in a law firm making tons of money for others... you're a great example of that!
