1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
Both. I wrap gits and put those that I have to take to people in bags
2. Real tree or Artificial?
I grew up in Christmas Tree growing country...real all the way! Don't worry, Husband cuts up the tree when we are finished and we put it in the wood lot behind our house as shelter for the bunnies and other critters.
3. When do you put up the tree?
It varies, Usually about a few days before Christmas
4. When do you take the tree down?
Around Epiphany.
5. Do you like eggnog?
No.
6. Favorite gift received as a child?
Can't think of one.
7. Hardest person to buy for?
My mom. She doesn't like anything is and extremely cheap.
8. Easiest person to buy for?
Husband. He marks what he wants in his favorite catalogues with a highlighter!
9. Do you have a nativity scene?
My MIL made a needlepoint tree skirt that is a navitity scene. Husband and I use it every year.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards?
Mail.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
Can't think of one.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie?
It's A Wonderful Life. Jimmy Stewart is from my hometown!
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas?
I shop year-round. If I see something that I think would be a great gift, I buy it.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Cookies and other sweet stuff.
16. Lights on the tree?
Duh!
17. Favorite Christmas song?
I like most of them, but I do like the version of White Christmas that I posted below.
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?
Because we live in Lake Effect Snow Central, traveling at Christmas usually does not happen. So, it's me, Husband and the Boy.
19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?
To quote Homer Simpson "Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Nixon, Comet, Cupid, Donna Dixon!"
20. Angel on the tree top or a star?
Star.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning?
Christmas Day.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year?
The arguement over Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
23. Favorite ornament theme or color?
I collect the Hallmark Spotlight on Snoopy Series.
24. Favorite food for Christmas dinner?
Mashed potatoes and stuffing.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year?
What I want every year, but never get...A PUPPY!
