- I am not really into the game this year. Probably because my team is not in it this year. What is really funny is that people paid a ton of money to sit in the rain!!!!
- Is it just me or are the commercials really lame this year?????
- Prince was pretty cool. I liked the bluesy version of All Along the Watchtower.
- The Puppy Bowl is the best thing on TV!!!! The Boy is getting a kick out of watching the action!!! Here is the Boy watching TV!

I was at a debate tournament this weekend.... so, while there were plenty of places to see the SuperBowl, I knew the Puppy Bowl wouldn't be an option. I had hubby TIVO it for me :).
I gotta agree, overall the commercials weren't that good this year.

Did you hear that some are suggesting the Prince performance was a bit vulgar? It sort of makes up for the commercials.
Abbey: No, I did not hear about the Prince performance being vulgar. It didn't seem that way to me. I guess people still think of him as dirty despite his becoming a Jehovah's Witness and not performing some of his more raunchy songs. (Sad, no more Darling Nikki!)

Prince was funky and I loved the phallic guitar /shadow thing. The folks I was watching with just howled when they pulled that one out (so to speak!).
Puppy Bowl was adorable. :)
