The Fuckwit stood up in class today and apologized for anything that he may have said or done that may have offended me or anyone in the class. He also promised that he would not be a further disruption.
Hmmm. I don't buy it completely.
I will try to take him at his word, while making sure my back is protected at all times.

Considering that you said that people seemed to have heard about the incident, I wonder if some administrator-type laid into him.
interesting. i hope it was truthful. on the otherhand i would be weary he's not planning something because you never know..
Hang in there -- this semester is almost over.
I'm torn between not trusting him any further that you can throw him (should you be given the opportunity) and agreeing with the others that someone laid into him. Curious outcome though.
hmmm, very unexpected! i'm with everyone else - either someone gave him what for or maybe he's playing some kind of wierd game. of course he could also really be sorry....but i don't think i'd trust him enough to actually believe it. i'd probably pretend like i did belive him though - just keep the peace. sorry about all this crap! i hope you are feeling better too...
