A lot of my colleagues are using this and the profs in writing-intensive classes especially have cut their grading time in half while being able to provide more personalized feedback. Just type in the title in the amazon search box. I've taught as many as 5-6 graduate composition classes at the same time and still not spent more than 20 hours a week teaching/grading.
